Job Type: Full Time
Salary: ■30,000 – ■40,000 per month + Incentives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
About the Role Good Leather Garments is looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Manager to manage and supervise daily operations of multiple retail stores dealing in leather jackets, leather shoes, leather bags, and accessories. The candidate will be responsible for store performance monitoring, stock management, sales analysis, staff supervision, and daily/monthly reporting to management. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day operations of all stores. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. • Track store profit and loss performance. • Monitor stock availability and fast-selling products. • Identify slow-moving and dead stock. • Coordinate stock transfers between stores when required. • Supervise staff attendance, discipline, and performance. • Ensure staff are handling customers professionally. • Monitor whether stores are functioning efficiently and honestly
