Job Description

Production / Moulding Area

  • Supervise daily moulding production
  • Ensure machine operators work properly
  • Maintain production targets
  • Check product quality during production
  • Reduce wastage/rejections
  • Handle shift planning & manpower allocation
  • Coordinate machine maintenance issues

Dispatch Area

  • Verify packing before dispatch
  • Ensure correct item quantity & labeling
  • Manage loading/unloading
  • Coordinate with transport/courier
  • Maintain dispatch records & challans
  • Ensure timely shipment completion

Inventory & Reporting

  • Track raw material and finished stock
  • Report shortages or delays
  • Maintain production & dispatch reports
  • Coordinate with purchase/sales team
