Position: Packer / Order Fulfillment Executive

Department: Operations / Fulfillment

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Location: Opposite Canara Bank, H. No. 2, Garhi Mohalla, Ghitorni, New Delhi – 110030

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing and fulfilling customer orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards and ensuring timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately • Verify product details, quality, and quantity before packing • Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit • Label packages correctly with shipping details and tracking information • Maintain inventory organization and cleanliness in the packing area • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order dispatch • Report any damaged or defective items to the supervisor • Meet daily packing targets while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 10th or 12th pass • Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations is a plus • Good attention to detail and ability to work carefully • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks • Basic Hindi/English communication skills • Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
