Job Description
Company- Brownyumm
Position- Patry Chef Commis
Location: Paras Trinity, Sector 63, Gurgaon
Timing: 9-hour shift 9 am – 6 pm, 6 days a week (Weekends working)
Salary: 18000-20000 / month based on experience and skills
Responsibilities:
§ Production
o Production and packing of orders while maintaining hygiene and quality standards
o Participate in Innovation and New Product development
o Participate in Regular and new festive special menu development
o Participation in Pop- ups and events
o Preparation and planning of monthly/ quarterly/ yearly Baking events calendar
§ Customer and Order Management
o Order Management on Petpooja- Receipt and dispatch
o Order Management on Shopify and offline
o Complete handling of customer queries while ensuring customer satisfaction during shift
§ Inventory Management
o Ensuring adequate inventory levels of RM, PM and consumables
o Weekly/ Monthly inventory tracking
