Job Description
Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement • Handle statutory compliance including Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, Professional Tax, and TDS • Knowledge in billing, payment processing, and invoice raising, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial operations. • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and government regulations • Prepare and validate payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, incentives, bonuses, and deductions • Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation and audit readiness • Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for salary reconciliation and reporting • Generate payroll reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review • Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and compliance • Manage payroll audits and ensure adherence to internal and external audit requirements • Stay updated with changes in statutory laws and implement necessary updates Key Skills & Requirements: • Strong Experience in Payroll Management and Indian Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS) • Hands-on experience with payroll software and HRMS systems • Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance frameworks
