## Role Overview
The Senior Manager – Performance Marketing & E-commerce Operations will be responsible for driving revenue growth across digital channels, optimizing the customer acquisition funnel, managing marketplace and D2C operations, and building scalable systems for long-term e-commerce growth.
This is a leadership role requiring strong expertise in paid media, conversion optimization, digital growth strategy, marketplace management, analytics, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking with strong hands-on execution capability and should have experience managing high-value product categories, B2B/B2C e-commerce, and performance-led growth.

## Key Responsibilities
### Performance Marketing
- Lead end-to-end digital acquisition strategy across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other paid channels
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for lead generation, sales growth, and customer acquisition
- Improve ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and customer retention metrics
- Build retargeting, remarketing, and funnel-based campaign structures
- Drive SEO, SEM, content-led performance, and landing page optimization
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-converting campaigns
- Manage agency relationships where required

### E-commerce Operations
- Oversee complete D2C website operations for Exibu’s e-commerce platform
- Manage product listings, catalog optimization, pricing strategy, and inventory coordination
- Improve user journey, conversion funnel, checkout flow, and customer experience
- Handle Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and other B2B/B2C marketplace operations where applicable
- Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment coordination, CRM workflows, and customer service standards
- Work closely with manufacturing, sales, and dispatch teams for operational efficiency

### Business Growth & Analytics
- Monitor dashboards for traffic, sales, performance, and operational KPIs
- Analyze campaign data and customer behavior to improve revenue performance
- Build monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations for management
- Identify new revenue channels, partnerships, and scalable growth opportunities
- Lead automation initiatives across CRM, marketing workflows, and reporting systems

## Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, E-commerce Growth, or Digital Business Management
- Strong experience in D2C e-commerce and marketplace operations
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Merchant Center, and conversion optimization
- Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, remarketing, and customer lifecycle marketing
- Experience handling high-ticket products, B2B lead generation, or industrial product marketing is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with reporting and decision-making capability
- Leadership experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication, ownership, and strategic planning skills
Preferred Background
