Job Description

Hiring: Property Portal Manager (Work From Home)


We are looking for a dedicated and responsible professional to manage our property portal from end to end, similar to leading real estate platforms such as Magicbricks.


Our website is fully developed and ready for launch. Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Developing and executing both free and paid marketing strategies to promote the portal.
  • Contacting prospective customers through phone calls, chat, email, and other communication channels.
  • Converting leads into active users, property owners, agents, and business partners.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the portal and ensuring its smooth growth.
  • Coordinating with senior management whenever guidance or approvals are required.
  • Working closely with our technical team. Any development or technical changes will be handled by our engineers.


This is a position of responsibility, and we are looking for someone who can take ownership of the portal and help grow it into a successful business. As the portal expands, if you feel additional staff are required, you are welcome to recommend hiring suitable team members.

  • Position: Property Portal Manager

  • Starting Salary: ₹20,000 per month
  • Performance Bonus: 20% monthly bonus after the first month (based on performance)
  • Experience Required: 2–3 years
  • Gender: Open to all

  • Requirements: A laptop or desktop computer with a reliable internet connection.
