• QualificationMaster’s Degree in Psychology with at least 50% marks from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
• Preference may be given to candidates with CTET/STET qualification and teaching experience in senior secondary classes.
• ExperienceMinimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in Psychology at the senior secondary level preferred.
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
• Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Psychology to students of Classes XI and XII as per CBSE/State Board curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, question papers, and study materials.
• Conduct practical activities, projects, and assessments.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ academic performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment.
• Guide students in career counseling and psychological awareness activities.
• Participate in school meetings, workshops, seminars, and co-curricular activities.
• Maintain records of attendance, assessment, and progress reports.
