Quality Inspector

Company OverviewWe are a growing engineering and fabrication company working in structural steel, LED display structures, fabrication, erection, and project execution. We are looking for a dedicated and technically strong Quality Control Engineer to maintain quality standards for fabrication, welding, painting, and site execution activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInspect raw materials, fabrication work, welding, and finished products.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, standards, and specifications.
• Perform quality checks during fabrication, erection, and painting activities.
• Maintain QC documentation, inspection reports, and checklists.
• Coordinate with production, project, and site teams for quality compliance.
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Conduct dimensional inspection and material verification.
• Monitor welding quality, surface preparation, and paint thickness.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed at site and factory.
• Support client inspections and consultant approvals.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of fabrication drawings and structural steel work.
• Understanding of welding inspection and fabrication standards.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, AutoCAD, and reporting documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle factory and site inspections independently.
• QualificationDiploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering
• Certification in Welding Inspection or NDT preferred
• Experience1–5 Years preferred
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in structural steel fabrication, billboard, unipole, or LED structure industry preferred.
• Candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to travel to sites if required.
