About the Internship:-

AWC Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Sales Interns who are eager to build a successful career in the real estate industry. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, customer interaction, lead generation, and property consulting under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and online platforms.
• Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable projects.
• Conduct follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.

Eligibility:-

• Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/MBA/BBA or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, confident, and willing to learn.
