Exciting Opportunity: Home Loan Executive / Relationship Manager
Company: Persolkelly India Private Limited
Location: Sector 14A, Noida
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month
✅ Eligibility:
- Experience: Freshers & 1-3 years experience in Sales/Banking/Loan Sales preferred
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass. Graduate preferred
- Skills: Good communication, target-oriented, customer handling, negotiation skills
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for Home Loan, LAP, and Balance Transfer through market, walk-ins & referrals
- Counsel customers on home loan products, eligibility, ROI, EMI & documentation
- Handle complete loan process from sourcing to login, verification to disbursement
- Build & maintain relationships with builders, DSAs, and channel partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure portfolio quality
