Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payments.
- Remind customers about pending EMIs, loan dues, or outstanding bills.
- Negotiate payment commitments and follow up regularly.
- Resolve customer queries related to payments.
- Update call records and payment status in CRM/MIS.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Coordinate with the backend team for payment confirmation.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional communication.
- Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English).
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and customer handling skills.
