Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT profiles
- Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and consultancy networks
- Hire for profiles such as:
- Sales Executive
- Business Development Executive
- Accountant
- HR Executive
- Operations Executive
- Customer Support Executive
- Warehouse Staff
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate final interviews with management
Schedule interviews and maintain candidate follow-up records
Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain employee database and HR records
Coordinate attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
Work on employee retention and engagement activities
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports
Coordinate with departments to understand manpower requirements
Ensure timely closure of open positions
