Position: Retail Sales ExecutiveWe are hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive for a jewellery showroom in Dwarka Sector 4. The candidate should have prior experience in jewellery retail sales and strong communication skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Showcase and explain jewellery collections including gold, diamond, gemstone, and ornamental products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall showroom sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
- Maintain product display, inventory coordination, and showroom presentation.
- Stay updated with current jewellery trends and product knowledge.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.
- Experience in handling diamond, gems, ornaments, and fine jewellery products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer handling abilities.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
