Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations tasks.
* Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with clients professionally.
* Prepare quotations, reports, invoices, and maintain records.
* Work efficiently on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Office tools.
* Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
* Prepare quotations, sales orders, Dispatch and customer proposals accurately and on time.
* Maintain accurate data and documentation.
* Assist the management with daily operational and sales-related activities.
