Hiring – Site Operations Manager (Catering & Events)

Position Overview :

The MilanNosh is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Operations Manager to lead and manage the complete execution of catering and event operations at various event venues across Delhi NCR. The candidate should be capable of handling large-scale catering events, coordinating with clients and vendors, managing teams, and ensuring smooth event execution from setup to closure.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution:

• Manage complete on-site catering operations for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and special occasions.
• Ensure all event setups, buffet counters, service stations, kitchen areas, and guest service points are ready before the event begins.
• Monitor event timelines and ensure all activities are executed as per schedule.

Client & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with clients, venue management teams, decorators, production teams, and external vendors.
• Act as the primary point of contact at the venue for operational matters.
• Resolve client concerns and last-minute requirements professionally.

Team Management :

• Lead and supervise captains, stewards, helpers, kitchen staff, and logistics teams.
• Prepare manpower deployment plans and assign duties according to event requirements.
• Ensure staff discipline, grooming standards, and professional conduct at all times.
• Food Service & Quality ControlEnsure timely food dispatch from the central kitchen to event venues.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout the event.
• Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service.
• Inventory & Logistics ManagementOversee movement and handling of crockery, cutlery, buffet equipment, furniture, and catering assets.
• Ensure proper stock control and minimize operational losses and wastage.Coordinate transportation and logistics for event materials and equipment.
• Hygiene & Safety ComplianceMaintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and hospitality industry standards.
• Conduct regular checks on service areas, kitchen spaces, and staff hygiene.
• Problem Solving & Event ControlHandle operational challenges, staff issues, guest complaints, and emergency situations efficiently.
• Take quick decisions under pressure to ensure uninterrupted event operations.

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Catering, Banquet, Hospitality, or Event Operations✔

• Willingness to travel to event locations as required✔

Interview Location: Online and Offline both are preferred: for online interview zoom meet link will be shared and for offline visit in the branch will be preferred.

Delhi NCR Reporting Office: The MilanNosh, Khasra No. 477, Bakshi Farm Road, Ghitorni, New Delhi – 110030 Candidates with strong Catering, Banquet, Hospitality, or Event Operations experience will be preferred.
