Sales Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Salesforce IT Services Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and sell Salesforce consulting, implementation, customization, integration, support, and managed services to global customers.

• Responsibilities: Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Identify client requirements and propose Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations.
• Coordinate with technical teams for solutioning and project scoping.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Required SkillsExperience selling Salesforce consulting or IT services.
• Good understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, AI, etc.).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, email campaigns, or Upwork is a plus.
• Ability to work with US, UK, Australia, and Middle East clients.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–6 years of B2B IT services sales experience.
• Salesforce ecosystem knowledge preferred.
