Job Description

A Sales Closer is responsible for converting leads into confirmed customers by finalizing deals and ensuring successful property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle hot and warm leads provided by the company
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
  • Give detailed project presentations (call / meeting / site visit)
  • Build trust and maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
  • Follow up with prospects until deal closure
  • Coordinate with backend team for documentation and booking process
