Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / ASM / RSM to manage and grow repeat business from existing dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners. The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, increasing repeat orders, achieving sales targets, recovering payments, and expanding business within the assigned territory.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship ManagementHandle assigned dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Maintain regular communication through calls and field visits.
- Build long-term business relationships.
- Repeat Sales & Follow-upMake daily repeat sales calls to existing customers.
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and inquiries.
- Generate repeat orders from existing customers.
- Ensure timely order confirmation and dispatch coordination.
- Sales Target AchievementAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Increase sales volume and product penetration.
- Promote new product launches and schemes.
- Territory ManagementManage the assigned territory effectively.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly customer visits.
- Expand dealer and distributor business within the territory.
- Payment CollectionCoordinate with customers for timely payments.
- Follow up on outstanding dues.
- Ensure payment recovery as per company policy.
- Customer SupportResolve product-related queries.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts for smooth order execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- ReportingSubmit Daily Call Reports (DCR).
- Update CRM/ERP with customer interactions.
- Share market feedback and competitor activities.
- Maintain sales pipeline and follow-up records.
- Market DevelopmentIdentify business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Increase market coverage.
- Support appointment of new dealers/distributors where required.
- Daily ResponsibilitiesMake 80–120 customer calls per day (as per company target).
- Follow up on pending quotations and repeat orders.
- Generate new purchase orders from existing customers.
- Coordinate dispatch status with internal teams.
- Update CRM/ERP after every customer interaction.
- Share end-of-day sales and call reports.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
- Relationship management.

- Customer handling.
- MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- CRM/ERP software knowledge.
- Time management.
- Problem-solving skills.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
- ExperienceSales Executive: 1–3 years in B2B Sales/Tele Sales.
- ASM: 4–7 years in territory or channel sales.
- RSM: 7+ years in regional sales management.
