Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, generate business opportunities, and achieve company sales targets. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the sales team
Generate new business opportunities and client leads
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop sales strategies and plans
Monitor team performance and provide guidance
Maintain strong relationships with clients
Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
Coordinate with marketing and management teams
