Experience : 4-5 Years ( Preffered from plywood industry, Tile Industry, Luxury Home decor industry)

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify, approach, and nurture relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and decision makers in construction projects.

• Technical Sales Support Provide technical insights and design-based advice during the sales process, including product compatibility, installation methods, or integration into architectural plans.

• Project Involvement Collaborate on project specifications, tender documentation, and design proposals to ensure products or services meet design and regulatory requirements.

• Team & Strategy Leadership Lead sales teams, develop territory or segment strategies, and align sales efforts with company growth targets.

• Cross-functional Liaison Act as a bridge between the design/technical team and the sales/client side, ensuring solutions are both viable and valuable. Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background: Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.

• Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in construction, design, or building materials.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CAD software, BIM, building codes, and architectural documentation.

• Communication & Negotiation: Strong ability to present, pitch, and negotiate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Typical Industries
