Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for loan and insurance products.
- Generate business through field sales, referrals, and channel partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, and business partners.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
