Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager – Media & Advertising PartnershipsLocation: Delhi / Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Industry: Media / Broadcasting / Advertising
Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline)
Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Sea News and Jinvani Channel are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager – Media & Advertising Partnerships to lead revenue generation through strategic advertising sales and agency relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the media industry with proven experience in handling advertising agencies, brand partnerships, and corporate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive advertisement revenue for Sea News and Jinvani Channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, corporate clients, and brand partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for sponsorships, ad sales, and strategic collaborations.
- Negotiate advertising deals, commercial partnerships, and annual media contracts.
- Coordinate with internal programming, marketing, and production teams to deliver client requirements effectively.
- Prepare and present customized media proposals, presentations, and rate cards to agencies and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and advertising opportunities in the broadcast and media sector.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, client servicing, and long-term relationship management.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts for management review.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media sales, broadcast advertising, or agency/client servicing.
- Strong network with advertising agencies and corporate marketing teams.
- Proven ability to close advertising and sponsorship deals independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced media environment.
- Strong understanding of media planning, advertising sales, and brand partnerships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and sales reporting tools.
- Candidate based in or willing to work from Delhi or Mumbai preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in television/media channel sales.
- Established relationships with national advertising agencies.
- Strong corporate presentation and client pitching abilities.
- Strategic planning and team coordination skills.
