We are looking for a highly confident, persuasive, and result-oriented Sales Manager with proven sales experience to drive business growth, develop strong client relationships, and expand our presence across key markets.
Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring dealers and distributors, managing key accounts, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves a combination of office-based sales activities and field visits to meet clients, negotiate deals, and strengthen business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
• Meet prospective clients, present Autofy's product portfolio, and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain client records, and update the CRM regularly.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and trade events whenever required.
Requirements
• Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in offline B2B Sales, Business Development, FMCG, Automotive, or Consumer Durables sales.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing background preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Confident in handling face-to-face client meetings and closing high-value deals.
• Willingness to travel for field visits as per business requirements.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and reporting tools.
• A valid driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage.
• Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR. Only applicants residing in Delhi NCR will be considered for this role.
We're looking for a self-starter who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. This is a high-ownership role where you'll take initiative, solve problems, and drive results.
