Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, IndiaMART, references and market research.
- Contact flour mills, roller mills, maida/suji mills, cattle feed plants, bio-fuel plants and other industrial customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable spare parts.
- Prepare and send quotations, product details and offers.
- Regularly follow up on enquiries and quotations to convert them into orders.
- Negotiate with customers regarding price, delivery and payment terms within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch and Accounts Teams for order processing, payment and delivery.
- Maintain customer information, enquiry records and follow-up reports.
- Conduct customer visits when required.
- Identify new markets, dealers and business opportunities.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
