Job Description
Generate sales by promoting company products & developing new business opportunities.
* Build & Maintain Strong Relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers & customers.
* Plan & Execute merchandising activities to maximize product visibility & improve market presence.
* Gather customer feedback and analyse competitor activities.

* Prepare and submit market analysis and merchandising updates to management.
* Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events and product launch as required.
* Address customer concerns promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Good understanding of sales strategies and merchandising practices.
* Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
* Proficient in English and Hindi, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
