Responsibilities: Technical Solutions II Customer support marketing of metal cutting tools & lubricant. • Understand a customer’s requirements to recommend a customized product and engineering solutions • Meet customers and deliver technical presentations to highlight how a product/service meets their requirements and generate leads • Develop a sales pipelines, handle sales enquiries and negotiate orders to achieve sales targets • Provide pre and post-sales support to build customer relationships and encourage repeat business, referrals
