About the Role- We are hiring Sales Engineers for our Crane Manufacturing and Air Compressor Distribution business. If you are passionate about industrial B2B sales, enjoy meeting clients, and can deliver solution-based selling, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads via field visits, industrial area exploration, referrals, and B2B platforms.
- Meet customers to understand requirements and offer crane/air compressor solutions.
- Handle quotations, technical discussions, and price negotiations.
- Coordinate with technical, design, and service teams for execution.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat orders.
- Provide weekly sales reports to management.
- Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Mandatory: Experience in B2B Industrial Sales specifically for Cranes and Industrial Air Compressors.
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to travel (Pan-India / Delhi NCR).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical products is preferred.
- Comfortable with email, Excel & CRM tools.
