Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and business growth.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and mentorship.
- Conduct regular field visits to support sales activities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concerns.
- Drive adoption and awareness of Heraldebike electric two-wheelers across assigned territories.
