ACCOUNTANT Company Name: VEENA POLYMERS Location: Sector-37, Gurugram, Haryana Salary Package: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Sr. Accountant to manage accounting operations, GST, TDS/TCS compliance, statutory filings, taxation, reconciliations, payroll-related accounting, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities • Prepare Monthly Budget • Verification of Sale & Purchase Files • Bank Reconciliation • Prepare TDS/TCS Reports • TDS/TCS Payments • GSTR-1 Filing (Outward Supply) • GSTR-2A Reconciliation (Inward Supply) • GST Payment and Compliance • GSTR-3B Filing • ESI Payment & Returns • Monthly PF Payment & Returns • Posting Salary Sheet and PF Challan • TCS Return Filing • TDS Quarterly Return Documentation • Issue & Collect TDS Certificates • Advance Tax Payment • GST LUT Compliance • GSTR-9 Annual Return • TDS Annual Return Documentation • LWF Return • Factories Act Return • Minimum Wages Act Return • ITR Documentation • Finalization of Balance Sheet • Income Tax Payment & Return Filing • File & Collect Balance Sheet Documents • Daily Accounts Updates • Knowledge of Billing/E-way bill Qualifications B.Com / M.Com preferred. Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Accounting, GST, TDS/TCS, PF, ESI, Income Tax and statutory compliances. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel and MS Office. Skills Required Strong accounting knowledge, reconciliation skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, time management and ability to meet deadlines.
