Job Description
We are looking for immediate joiners for the role of Customer Support Executive – Finance.
Location: Delhi NCR
Work Mode: Work From Home / Remote
Qualification: Graduate / B.Com / BBA / Finance Background Preferred
Male & Female Candidates Both Can Apply
Freshers can apply | Candidates with loan or finance industry experience preferred
Salary: Based on experience
No Sales | No Telecalling | No Target-Based Work
Role & Responsibilities:
• Handling customer queries and issue resolution for in-house customers
• Providing support related to loans and finance-related processes
• Coordinating with internal teams for customer issue resolution
• Maintaining proper records and updates in MS Excel
• Ensuring smooth customer support operations
Skills Required:
• Good internet and computer knowledge
• Basic to good MS Excel knowledge
• Understanding of loans/finance processes preferred
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
• Candidates must have their own laptop
• Proper WiFi/Internet connection is mandatory
• Quiet work environment for remote working
This is a pure customer support profile.
