About Cosma Fertility:

Cosma Fertility is a Noida-based fertility healthtech startup building FertiGen, a CDSCO-approved, non-hormonal, nano-engineered fertility support device developed at IIT Bombay. We are Forbes India-listed, National Startup Award winners, and Prix Galien India Top 3 nominees. We're currently running a clinical trial targeting 5,000 enrolled patients across our partner network.

Read this first: This is a hands-on, field-heavy operational role — not an academic research fellowship. If you're looking for lab bench work, protocol writing, or a purely desk-based research role, this isn't it. We need someone who can coordinate across sites, chase data, and keep enrollment moving.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate patient screening, enrollment, and consent process across trial sites

Maintain enrollment and follow-up trackers; flag drop-offs and gaps proactively

Liaise daily with CRO, NABL-accredited labs, and OB-GYN partner clinics

Ensure source data verification and timely query resolution with the CRO

Support Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reporting per GCP norms

Maintain trial documentation — consent forms, case report forms (CRFs), regulatory files

Travel to partner sites/clinics as needed for enrollment drives and audits

What we're looking for:

Prior experience as a CRF/SRF, clinical research coordinator, or similar trial-site role

Comfort working with CROs, hospitals, or diagnostic labs

Strong follow-up discipline — this role lives and dies on chasing data and people

Willingness to travel locally (NCR) for site visits

Basic understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines (training provided if not certified)
