Senior Tele Caller

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Executive (Part Time) to join our dynamic Real estate team.

As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

Call on company provided lead with the aim of selling our products.

Follow provided scripts and adhere to established sales processes and guidelines.

No Cold Calling.

Acquire a thorough understanding of our products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and information gathering.

Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers to enhance the overall customer experience.

Accurately and thoroughly document customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs.

Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and sales scenarios.
