Senior Tele Sales Executive

We are hiring energetic and result-oriented Telecallers to handle Meta (Facebook & Instagram) generated leads for Hair Transplant consultations. Your primary responsibility will be to convert interested leads into clinic consultations and surgery bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads generated from Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Understand patient requirements and explain Hair Transplant procedures, benefits, pricing, and offers.
• Schedule clinic consultations and encourage surgery bookings.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Update lead status accurately in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the clinic team for appointments and patient management.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
• Build trust with patients by providing accurate and professional information.
• EligibilityMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Healthcare Sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Good communication in Hindi (English knowledge preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
