Salary Package: ₹ 18,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Job Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:45 PM (Sharp)

Job Description:

SAS Policy Value Hub is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic CRM Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and assisting in the sales process for health insurance policies through CRM systems.

 Key Responsibilities: 

- Handle customer data and leads through the CRM system.

- Assist customers with health insurance policy information and queries.

- Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Update customer records and maintain accurate data in the CRM.

- Coordinate with the sales team to close leads.

- Ensure timely follow-up and proper documentation of client interactions.

 Requirements: 

- Basic knowledge of CRM software.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage customer queries and maintain records.

- Prior experience in sales or insurance will be an added advantage.

- Minimum qualification: 10th /12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
