🎯 Job Summary:

Aman Motors (Hero Showroom) is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Associate to manage our 2-wheeler sales operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in bike/two-wheeler sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to achieve showroom sales targets.

• 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Present and explain product features, pricing, and financing options.
• Generate sales leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle sales documentation and coordinate with the finance and service teams.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to deliver high performance.
• Maintain customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

• Age: 24 – 45 years
• Gender: Male
• Education: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years (in 2-wheeler sales preferred)
• English: Basic English
