About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools.
• Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Content Creation

• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, info-graphics, and blogs.
• Write compelling captions, social media copy, and promotional content.
• Coordinate photo shoots, video shoots, and content production activities.
• Develop content calendars and campaign concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media communications.
• Create content tailored to different audience segments and platforms.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

• Execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Generate monthly reports on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Suggest improvements based on performance insights.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to support business objectives.
