Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager / Content Creator who can plan, create, and execute content strategies across platforms. This role is not just about posting — it requires someone who can think content, create content, and be part of the content. You should be comfortable being in front of the camera, guiding shoots, and ensuring high-quality execution aligned with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & PlanningDevelop monthly content plans aligned with brand objectives

• Identify trends, formats, and content opportunities across platforms
• Plan campaigns and content buckets for consistent growth

2. Content Creation & ExecutionIdeate and script short-form content (Reels, ads, brand videos)

• Actively participate in shoots — including being on-camera when required
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and performance goals
• Work with the production team to execute shoots effectively

3. Social Media ManagementManage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and platform updates

• Maintain consistency in content quality and brand communication
• Monitor performance and optimize content strategy accordingly

4. Shoot Coordination & DirectionBe present on shoots to ensure execution matches the planned concept

• Coordinate with videographers, editors, and creative teams
• Guide content flow, framing, and storytelling

5. Performance & GrowthTrack content performance (engagement, reach, conversions)

• Analyze what’s working and continuously improve output
• Align content with performance marketing goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management / content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram, short-form content, and trends
• Comfortable speaking on camera and being part of content
• Strong content ideation and storytelling skills
• Basic understanding of content performance and analytics
• Ability to manage shoots and coordinate with creative teams
• Good communication and execution skills
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in agency or content-heavy environments
• Understanding of performance marketing and content strategy
• Basic knowledge of editing tools or creative workflows
