Social Media Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented SMO Executive to manage and grow our

brand's presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will handle content

creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and basic design work using Canva.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X,

Pinterest, etc.)

● Create engaging posts, stories, and creatives using Canva

● Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals

● Optimize profiles, posts, and hashtags for maximum reach and engagement

● Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights

● Respond to comments, messages, and community queries in a timely manner

● Track performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, engagement) and prepare basic reports

● Coordinate with the content/SEO team for cross-platform promotion

● Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best posting practices

Required Skills

● 1–6 years of experience in social media/SMO role

● Hands-on knowledge of Canva for creating social media graphics and templates

● Basic understanding of social media platforms and their best practices

● Good written communication skills

● Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts/brands

● Basic knowledge of hashtags, trends, and engagement strategies
