Job Profile: Sourcing Executive (Surgical Equipment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Discovery: Source and build a robust network of reliable surgical equipment manufacturers and suppliers to ensure a steady supply chain.
• Cost Optimization: Negotiate the most competitive pricing, credit terms, and bulk discounts to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
• Global Vendor Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and partner with international and domestic manufacturers/suppliers of surgical equipment.
• Market Analysis: Continuously track medical equipment prices and industry trends in Delhi's major wholesale markets to keep procurement costs low.
• Quality Compliance: Ensure all sourced surgical items meet the required quality standards.
• Order Management: Oversee end-to-end procurement, from placing purchase orders to tracking timely deliveries and resolving vendor disputes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sourcing products.
• Strong vendor negotiation skills.
• Ability to easily commute to or work from the Vishwas Nagar area.
