⬛ .u What You’ll Do:

✔ Understand customer preferences and drive sales conversions

✔ Manage daily store operations, displays & stock

✔ Connect with local networks to generate new business

✔ Participate in exhibitions/events to increase brand presence

✔ Coordinate with the manufacturing unit & ensure smooth delivery

✔ Meet revenue goals with a smile!

✔Lead and manage all day-to-day store operations while ensuring operational excellence.

✔ Drive sales performance by achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.

✔ Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience through personalized service and                                                                                        

    relationship building.

✔ Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to generate new business opportunities.

✔ Build strong relationships with corporate clients, residential communities, event planners, and  

    premium customers.

✔ Represent the brand at exhibitions, promotional events, and networking opportunities.

✔ Manage inventory, merchandising and coordinate with production.

✔ Analyze sales reports and market trends.

✔ Lead, motivate and develop the store team.

✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

✔Handle customer concerns professionally.

✔ Smart, presentable, and confident personality

✔ Background in luxury retail / sweets / hospitality preferred

✔ Computer/billing knowledge

✔ Self-driven attitude with a passion for sales

Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred.

• 4–8 years of experience in luxury retail/hospitality/premium F&B.

• Strong leadership, communication and business development skills.

• Knowledge of POS, inventory and MS Office.
