Job Description
Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services in Tamil.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
Maintain a professional and positive conversation with customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain customer relationships.
Update customer details and call records in the system.
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
Coordinate with the sales team and reporting manager for updates.
Ensure proper communication and customer satisfaction at all times.
Promote offers, schemes, and new products to customers.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
