हम अपनी दिल्ली शाखा के लिए अनुभवी तंदूर शेफ की भर्ती कर रहे हैं। ऐसे उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी जिन्हें तंदूरी व्यंजनों का अच्छा अनुभव हो और जो बड़े आयोजनों एवं कैटरिंग संचालन में कार्य कर चुके हों।
- मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँरोटी, नान, कुलचा, कबाब, टिक्का एवं अन्य तंदूरी व्यंजन तैयार करना।
- मांस, पनीर एवं सब्जियों को निर्धारित रेसिपी के अनुसार मेरिनेट करना।
- तंदूर का सुरक्षित एवं कुशल संचालन करना।
- भोजन के स्वाद, गुणवत्ता एवं प्रस्तुति को बनाए रखना।
- लाइव काउंटर एवं बड़े आयोजनों में तेज़ और गुणवत्तापूर्ण सेवा सुनिश्चित करना।
- भारतीय रसोई (Indian Kitchen) टीम के साथ समन्वय बनाकर कार्य करना।
- तंदूर सेक्शन की साफ-सफाई एवं स्वच्छता बनाए रखना।
- कोयला, सीख (Skewers) एवं अन्य आवश्यक सामग्री का सही प्रबंधन करना।
- खाद्य सामग्री की बर्बादी कम करना एवं उचित मात्रा (Portion Control) का ध्यान रखना।

✅ लाइव काउंटर एवं कैटरिंग संचालन का अनुभव
✅ खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं स्वच्छता की जानकारी

✅ टीम के साथ बेहतर समन्वय
