Job Title: Team Leader – Real Estate

Experience: Minimum 1 Years (Real Estate Mandatory)

Weekly Off: Wednesday
- Job ResponsibilitiesManage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate, assign, and monitor sales leads.
- Guide team members in lead follow-ups and client handling.
- Conduct site visits with clients when required.
- Motivate, train, and mentor the sales team.
- Track daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies.
- Ensure timely lead conversion and deal closures.
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Required SkillsStrong Team Leadership & Team Handling skills.
- Minimum 1 years of Real Estate sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
- Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
- Real Estate Team Leader experience is mandatory.
