Team Leader

Job Title:team leader Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, promoting products/services, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads
• Explain products or services clearly and persuasively
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
• Follow up with leads and existing customers for repeat business
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Address customer queries and resolve objections professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Requirements & Skills:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Good listening skills and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Prior experience in sales or call center roles is advantageous
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of calls made per day
• Conversion rate (leads to sales)
• Revenue generated
• Customer satisfaction score
