Position: Team Leader – Operations & Business Development

Location: Jaipur

Experience: Minimum 5 Years (At least 2 years in a Team Leader/Supervisory role)

Salary: ₹30000-₹35,000 per month

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our customer support and operations team while contributing to business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. Along with managing daily operations and team performance, the candidate will also support business development activities by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & OperationsLead, mentor, and motivate the customer support team to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and service quality.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Customer Relationship ManagementEnsure exceptional customer service and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Analyze customer feedback and recommend process improvements.
• Business Development (Secondary Responsibility)Support the Business Development team in generating new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts.
• Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of overall work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in customer support, operations, mobility, logistics, or service-based industries.
• Knowledge of KPI management, customer retention, and process improvement.
• Basic understanding of sales and business development activities.
