Job Duties and Responsibilities: -

*Team Development & Management

• Recruitment and developing the team

• Imparting product knowledge to the team

• Motivating the team to utilize maximum potential of individuals

• Recognizing team members basis their performance with awards and rewards.

• Minimizing/reducing the attrition rate    

• Mentoring the team to achieve their career goals

Processes and Systems

• Adhering to companies’ policies

• Ensuring implementation of SOP and company guidelines

Requirements

• 2 days mandatory training to understand the insurance sector 

• People management skills

• 12th/Graduation Degree

• Min 5/7 years Experience
