Job Summary

We are hiring a Technical Trainer with a strong automobile technician background to deliver training programs for Vehicles across our locations. The role involves hands-on training, skill development, and ensuring technicians are aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct technical training sessions for technicians and workshop staff

* Provide practical training on automobile systems, diagnostics, and repairs

* Develop and update training content and materials

* Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback

* Travel to different offices across Haryana for training delivery

* Support teams with technical troubleshooting and guidance

* Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies

Candidate Requirements

* Experience: 3–6 years in automobile technician/training role

* Gender:Male

* Education: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech or relevant qualification in automobile/mechanical field

* Background:Strong hands-on experience as a technician

* Skills:

 * Good knowledge of automobile systems and diagnostics

 * Strong communication and presentation skills

 * Practical problem-solving ability

* Other :Open to frequent travel across Haryana    

Preferred Profile

* Prior experience as a trainer of vehicles will be an added advantage

* Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools
