Job Description

Victomark Private Limited is hiring Telecallers / Survey Executives who will be responsible for conducting telephonic surveys and collecting customer feedback. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards achieving targets.


Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for surveys

Collect and record customer responses accurately

Follow call scripts and company guidelines

Maintain daily call reports

Achieve assigned targets

Handle customer queries professionally
