Job Description
We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented IT Sales Telecallers who have knowledge of Software Solutions, Website Development, Digital Marketing, Mobile Applications, and IT Services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining our services, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into customers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally.

- Website Design & Development
- E-commerce Websites
- Mobile App Development
- Custom Software Development
- Digital Marketing Services
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Social Media Marketing
- Graphic Designing
- CRM & ERP Software
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients regularly.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM.
- Prepare quotations with the assistance of the sales team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain call records, sales reports, and follow-up status.
- Handle customer objections professionally.
- Upsell and cross-sell company services.
